Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason we do accept returns, and will be happy to provide you with an exchange, store credit or a refund through your original payment method. In the rare event that your item(s) are damaged or faulty please let us know, however we are not responsible for any damages caused by freight and shipping. We always take great care in packing your goods so that they reach you safely.
This policy lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange your item(s) must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. We will not refund or exchange products that have been damaged due to improper use and care. Please follow the care instructions on garments and other items closely. We do not do refunds on sale items, so please make your selections carefully. We do not accept returns on perishable goods such as food, health products, intimate or personal care products, or gift cards.

Return ShippingPlease note, we are not responsible for any shipping costs involved in the return or exchange of items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an expensive item you should consider using a trackable shipping service. If you are returning your item in order to exchange it, please don't forget to include a self-addressed pre-paid postage bag for us to ship your new item(s) out to you.
